1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use Traxy.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights through the Service.
- Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or abuse rate limits, webhooks, or automations.
- Access another user's data without authorization, or scrape the Service.
- Harass other users or post content you do not have the right to share.
3. Your content
You own the content you create in Traxy (trackers, journals, finance and health records). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share with. You are responsible for the content you upload and the connections you authorize.
4. Connected services
Traxy can connect to third-party services such as Apple Health, Plaid, Withings, and Google Calendar at your direction. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
5. Not medical or financial advice
Traxy is a tracking and journaling tool, not a medical device or a financial advisor. Information in the app — including the AI advisor — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health or finances.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Some features may require a paid plan. If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by that store under its terms. Prices and features may change with notice.
7. Termination & account deletion
You may stop using Traxy and delete your account at any time from Profile → Danger zone in the app, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Traxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from connected third-party services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
